UK Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Brands Hatch Performance.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Brands Hatch Performance.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we're happy to help.
You have 14 Calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
We may not accept a return made outside of this 14 day period.
If Items, are returned within 14 days of receipt we will offer a full refund or exchange at the price you paid for the item minus the delivery cost.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your Item must be in the Sealed original packaging.
If Items are not returned in an acceptable condition it will be at our discretion whether we refund or exchange the item in question. A restocking fee may be charged by us.
Once we receive your item (must be within 14days) , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method of payment) within 14 days dependent on your card issuers policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Postage will be paid if item is faulty but only the Cheapest Tracked Return Rate.
Damaged or Faulty Items
You can return Items if they are damaged, defective, or not as specified on the Confirmation Page. You should inspect the Items as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any Items to be damaged or faulty you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of Items. If the Items are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery to you we will at our discretion repair or replace the Items or refund the price paid by you.
We will refund you in full for any unwanted items, but we’ll deduct from this amount a restocking fee of 5% or a minimum of 5.00 GBP – whichever’s greater.
How to Return an Item
You must notify the Brands Hatch Performance team by contacting us via one of the methods on the bottom of Our Websites page under Contact US.
Please provide us with the following details or have them to hand when you contact us:
(1) Order Number;
(2) Email Address;
(3) Contact number (preferably a mobile); and
(4) Reason for return.
In the case of a damaged defective or faulty item, please be prepared to provide a full description of the problem. This will ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
All returns must be sent back to us in their Sealed original packaging. In the case of damaged items where the packaging itself is damaged please include the damaged packaging with the returned item.
